Steps...
My mission is to teach amazing ancient yoga techniques that help students to cleanse their mind and body. So every student can become stronger, healthier, happier and help others to be the same.
Most frequent question from my students - how yoga came into my life?
After practicing yoga for 5 years and not taking it seriously, by chance (as everything important seems to happen), we went to India with ISHTA yoga, and my yoga was never the same afterwards. ISHTA teachers made me feel energies moving in every yoga pose, deeply demonstrated what pranayama and meditation mean and how they can flow and connect life with something higher and better. Same time my interest in Bhakti yoga developed.
Right before India trip another life-changing meeting happened - Amma was visiting NY, hugging people, raising vibrations so people can feel one in heart with each other. You can check out her amazing world-changing activities at amma.org.
So grateful to life, my teachers from ISHTA - Peter Ferko, Alan Finger, Sarah Platt, Mona Anand, Wendy Newton; my co-teachers and students - we all learn from each other on daily basis; feel blessed to have met Amma and India.
Before that was working with many energy systems developed in Russia by such amazing teachers/healers as Sinelnikov, Norbekov, Lazarev and Torsunov. ISHTA lineage is following Yogananda and Swami Sri Yukteswar's teachings and those masters have a great influence in my practice.
After completing 500hr ISHTA teacher training and obtaining a certificate in Ayurveda from Kannur Ayurvedic school in Kerala, India I started teaching yoga full time, and this journey has been amazing for the last three years.
